Class Levels - White Stone
PINK - Ages 4-5
BLUE - Ages 6-8
PURPLE - Ages 8-10
TEAL - Ages 10-12
BLACK - Ages 13+
Students must meet the age requirement for their desired class level by December 31.
Students age 4-17 attending children’s classes are asked to adhere to the dress code, as outlined here.
Rehearsal blocks are intended for use during Nutcracker and competition seasons for participating students. Dancers must be enrolled in regular classes to be included.

Classical technique appropriate to the age of each class, progressing from the basic positions to advanced jumps and turns. Students in upper levels are expected to attend all offered technique classes for their level. For more on requirements for studying pointe, please look here. The teen/adult level is open to all ages, abilities, and experiences, beginners included! Proficient adults are also welcome in the Teal and Black level evening classes. Uses bodily momentum and movement patterns in its foundational technique. Also incorporates elements of composition and exploration of personal movement style. FOOTWEAR: Bare feet
Yoga
Thursday 6:00-7:00
Yoga is an exercise practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Yoga is appropriate for dancers and non-dancers alike. You are welcome to use one of our mats or bring your own. FOOTWEAR: Bare feet

Barre fitness is a revolutionary exercise class that utilizes concepts from ballet and muscle conditioning concepts that involve small, pulsing movements and isometric holds. It is low-impact and friendly for all kinds of bodies. This classes uses light hand weights and other exercise aids. You are welcome to use our mats and equipment or bring your own.
