Adult students with sufficient experience are also welcome to join any Black level technique class during the regular season (see ongoing class schedule). Please contact the director to arrange drop-ins or formally join.

Good habits start with small steps! This class is designed with beginners in mind. If you want to start a fitness journey, eliminate aches and pains (yes, strength training can do that), and establish positive habits, we'll encourage you and celebrate you every step of the way. Give it six weeks; you'll see a difference!

If you want a workout that doesn't look like a workout, Tap Club is going to be your jam! Improve coordination and rhythm, and just have fun. Come explore this percussive style of dance with us, selected Sundays starting in January. Teens welcome. Beginners expected!

One-on-One Private Sessions
|
Our instructors are available for one-on-one private or semiprivate (2-3 people) sessions beyond group class times. Learn new skills, gain proficiency, work on specific goals. Maybe our class times don't work for your schedule, maybe you want to get more in-depth on something you learned in class, or maybe you prefer to have a little knowledge under your belt before joining an established group. We get it, and we are ready to work with you!
