Having an event? Have it at our place! We have lots of space for small to medium-sized gatherings. Birthdays, showers, graduations, receptions, can all be accommodated. All space rentals include use of our tables and chairs, and sound system. Party rentals start at $100.

Birthdays
Party packages for 1.5+ hours of party time for up to 12 children including the birthday child and any siblings, plus 30 minutes for setup/breakdown. Adult attendees also welcome. Price includes a staff member remaining on site for the duration of the rental time. For packages B-D, our staff member will lead your chosen activity. Craft and spa parties must have a firm head count at least 10 days in advance to obtain necessary supplies.
Package A - Space rental only, you provide your own activities. $120
Package B - Glow/Dance Party 60 minutes with music, party lights, and glow sticks, 30 minutes for cake/presents/photos/etc $200
Package C - Craft Party Make a craft to take home, step by step guided instructions, 30 minutes for cake/presents/photos/etc $250
Package D - Spa Party. Get those girlies some self care, pronto! 75 minutes for finger and toenail polish, hand massage, body glitter, cucumber slices, and bathrobes, 30 minutes for cake/presents/photos/etc $500
Additional children: 10% of package price each
Additional time: $60/hour

Other Gatherings
Our facility has a large room of approximately 40'x25' that can reasonably accommodate up to 50 guests for showers, receptions, retirement or graduation parties, and other celebrations. We have six 6' folding tables and 25 folding chairs available on site. Additional items can rented from Rappahannock Rentals, which is located just down the street. We have a large Tailgater Bluetooth compatible speaker with a microphone attachment and several party lights in the large room. We also have an 8'x8' banner frame available for use. Several restaurants, bakeries, and caterers are located nearby, including Out Of The Oven, Willaby's, River Market, and Room Service. Rental rate for large scale gatherings is $60 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours, to include your setup and breakdown time.
