Let's Party!
Our facility has a large room of approximately 40'x25' that can comfortably accommodate up to 50 guests for showers, receptions, retirement or graduation parties, and other celebrations. We have six 6' folding tables and 25 folding chairs available on site. Additional items can rented from Rappahannock Rentals, which is located just down the street. We have a large Tailgater Bluetooth compatible speaker and several party lights in the large room. We also have an 8'x8' banner frame available for use. Several restaurants, bakeries, and caterers are located nearby. Rental rate for gatherings is $100 per hour with a minimum of 5 hours. This includes a staff member remaining on site for the duration of the rental time.
Birthdays
Party packages for 1.5 hours of time for up to 12 children including the birthday child and any siblings. Adult attendees also welcome. Price includes a staff member remaining on site for the duration of the rental time. For packages B and C, our staff member will lead your chosen activity. Craft parties must be scheduled far enough in advance to obtain necessary supplies.
Package A - Space rental only, you provide the decorations and activities. $100 per hour
Package B - Glow/Dance Party 60 minutes with music, party lights, and glow sticks, 30 minutes for cake/presents/photos/etc $200
Package C - Craft Party Make a craft to take home, step by step guided instructions, 30 minutes for cake/presents/photos/etc $250
Additional children: 10% of package price each (B and C)
